1. Contest Period:
The contest begins September 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM PST and ends November 3rd, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.

2. Eligibility:
The contest is open to all residents of British Columbia.

Artists under the age of 18 are welcome to enter but MUST have a parent or legal guardian submit the entry on their behalf. The parent or guardian will be required to agree to the Official Contest Rules & Guidelines.

3. Creative Brief:
The submitted artwork must be an original creation that celebrates a location, landmark, piece of wildlife, or legend unique to Vancouver Island (Something different from the existing 102 designs in Series 1).

4. Submission Format:
All entries must be submitted as a high-resolution digital file (300 DPI, JPEG or PNG format) via the official submission form below.

1 entry per artist.

5. Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and how well the art fits the LTC/VITC brand.

6. Intellectual Property:
By submitting your artwork, you grant Location Trading Cards a non-exclusive license to share your work for promotional purposes (e.g., on social media to showcase entries). The winning artist (or their parent/guardian) agrees to grant Location Trading Cards the exclusive, perpetual rights to use the winning artwork on trading cards, merchandise, and for all promotional activities. The winning artist will be credited on all printed cards featuring their work.
